I know how it can feel to make that first contact with a counsellor, various thoughts and feelings flying around, because I too have been a client making that first call. Life is full of challenges and difficulties, especially in today’s world which seems to be getting busier and faster paced. You may have a specific thing that’s troubling you, something you’ve managed for years, that has now become too much? You may want to change something in your life? You may be stressed and coping with anxiety and depression? Whatever the reason you are reading this, counselling can be an opportunity for you to take time for you. How often do we nourish ourselves with our busy lives? To really stop and think about how are we feeling? How often do we think about what we need to do to take care of ourselves? I believe counselling can provide a space for you to be listened to and heard. I am happy to have a one off session, in order for you to see whether you feel I am the 'right' therapist for you.
